iTeraCare Wand

Treatment Protocol

Blow water on high for 1 minute per 250mls before drinking.
Blow other places in need of healing for at least 15 minutes.

Getting Started
It is recommended to build up slowly when starting to use the device.
For example 1 glass of water before and after, start with level 1 and 5 - 10 minutes of wanding and gradually increase from there.   This is due to possibly triggering a detoxification process.

Some people may experience no detoxification symptoms, and others may experience a heavy detox.  If it becomes too uncomfortable, have a day off or reduce the duration of wanding and drink wanded water.

Drink plenty of wanded water to assist the elimination process. Some people find drinking wanded water in the evening keeps them awake, others find it gives them a very restful sleep.

Listen to your own body and adjust accordingly - use common sense.

Detoxification is a natural process that occurs in the body to eliminate toxins and waste products. While the body has its own built-in detoxification mechanisms, some people may undergo specific detox programs or interventions to support this process. Signs of detoxification can vary from person to person, and it's important to note that some of these signs may also be indicative of other health conditions. Here are some common signs that people may associate with detoxification:

  1. Increased urination: During detoxification, the kidneys work to filter and eliminate waste products from the body, leading to increased urine production and frequency of urination.

  2. Increased bowel movements: Detoxification can stimulate the digestive system, leading to more frequent bowel movements and a temporary increase in elimination of waste through the stool.

  3. Changes in body odor: As toxins are eliminated from the body, some individuals may experience changes in body odor. This can manifest as a different smell or an improvement in overall body odor.

  4. Skin changes: The skin is an important organ of detoxification. Some people may notice changes in their skin during detoxification, such as breakouts, rashes, or increased sweating. These skin reactions are typically temporary and a result of the body releasing toxins. If the bowel cannot manage toxin elimination they may come out through the skin.

  5. Fatigue or low energy: The process of detoxification can be demanding on the body, and some individuals may experience temporary fatigue or a decrease in energy levels as the body works to eliminate toxins.

  6. Headaches: Headaches can occur as the body adjusts to the detoxification process and eliminates toxins. This can be due to withdrawal from substances like caffeine or as a result of the release of stored toxins.

  7. Flu-like symptoms: In some cases, detoxification can cause symptoms similar to those experienced during a mild flu, such as mild fever, body aches, or general malaise. These symptoms are typically transient and should resolve as the detoxification process progresses.

It's important to listen to your body and pay attention to how you feel during a detoxification process. While some mild and temporary symptoms may be expected, it's crucial to seek medical advice if you experience severe or prolonged discomfort or if you have any concerns about your health.

How to charge water:

Water is part of the basic protocol.  DO NOT USE PLASTIC containers to charge your water in. USE GLASS.

Some people find it easier to do one large amount each day in a glass dispenser, or glass jug.

Drink the charged water throughout the day to aid elimination of toxins and to hydrate on an intracellular level.

Charging the water changes its molecular structure from a cluster structure (which is difficult to penetrate into our cells), to a linear structure.  In a linear structure the water is able to penetrate and hydrate our cells.

It's best to use filtered or bottled water.
